Amazingly I am up to date with this class. It actually helps having the pages pretty much alreaady done and keeping it really simple,lol.
Yesterday I learned how to make grits. And strangely, after many years of wondering what they were, I discovered they were very similar to a traditional South African dish called puthu or pap. I always believed they were some sort of scone or griddle cake.
I wasn't too sure myself, so thank-you for the pointer. :) I always enjoy the feeling of keeping pace too.
