Whats on your workdesk Wednesday and JYC

I have been busy for the last few months with exams and everything else, so not had much chance to craft. I am now back doing JYC so am back for WOYWW. My desk is actually fairly neat, but if I had taken a step back you would have seen many boxes of things that need to be put away. On my desk you can see my distress inks which I bought a few months ago and have only used twice. I do love them though, and have just ordered some more. You can also see many little bits that I used in page 1 of JYC, the bling, the punch etc. I could not find glue/DST anywhere so eventually had to raid the stocking I am putting together for a swap, and then of course once I had used it I found lots lol. My JYC is in progress here.

Here is the finished page, the writing was done for us by Shimelle, so I just printed it off and stuck it on the page and blinged it up a bit. I am planning on staying really simple, so this is a good start. I hope that in this way I will be able to finish since I have a few other projects planned and of course there is the big "C" word on the very near horizon!
